Who you work with

Good digital work has to do three things at once: work, pay off and do people good.

For more than ten years, I’ve been a consultant, a CTO and a partner at an AI agency, and founded startups of my own. But I learned the most from people — as a paramedic, a teacher and a fundraiser.

Not every problem needs an app — or AI.

An NGO asked me for a third quote for a browser app. The most expensive was €28,000. I suggested clarifying the problem behind the brief first, with the method from my Digital Builder Lab. In it, the team saw for themselves that the first step was an automation between their existing tools. In the Digital Builder Lab, they learned to build it with Claude and Make, and now they keep going on their own.

Why I work this way

In my experience, digital projects rarely fail on technology. They fail when people stop listening to each other and have no shared picture of what’s needed. So I listen first: to the people who will use a solution or are affected by it. That’s how we work out together what really matters.
